UPCOMING WORSHOPS
Each term, I offer half-day sessions, with the option to extend into a full-day training, depending on your availability and where you are in your practice.
These sessions are designed to refresh and deepen the Grounding Practice and its ADD-ONs—the first half of the day. In the second half, we move into a deeper exploration For Experienced Movers.
Both the morning and afternoon sessions are to support your embodied learning and to be developping playfully and towards your creative ptractice developing experimental pedagogies as research.
I am also available for one-to-one sessions.
